Dear shareholder,
If, like us, you feel that you’ve received a lowball offer of 2.2 kroner and that you, as a shareholder, have not been given the necessary information, we hope you’ve already decided to give your proxy to Karina Fossmark. She has also been proposed by us as a board member.

We want to extend a big thank you to everyone getting involved — proxies are coming in fast, and the first shareholding notification came in today. As of midday today, we had already gathered nearly 12% of the shares! We can confidently assume that more notifications will come in the days ahead. There is still a long way to go until all the shares reported to us through the initiative are accounted for, and a major effort has been made today to send SMS messages to shareholders.

Both Karina and representative(s) from Water Street will be present at the general meeting to vote live. We also hope to replace the current board and establish a new one that looks after the interests of all shareholders. All indications suggest this will be a close fight, so we hope you will continue your involvement and encourage other shareholders to join in! Spread the word in various forums, to acquaintances who own shares, etc.
