Dear fellow shareholder in REC Silicon,
In just about a week, the battle for REC Silicon will take place.
At the general meeting, proposals may be presented by Water Street and us – for example, the election of board members who can clean up the current mess and, most importantly, safeguard the interests of all shareholders.
If you only vote in advance, you will not be able to vote on any new proposals that may arise, and although we hope many will attend, we understand that not everyone can be present on June 25.
In this context, we have appointed Karina Fossmark as our proxy. She is also one of the candidates we have proposed for the board of directors.
She will, in practice, hold a blank proxy, but has agreed to vote as follows:
- For an investigation
- Against the nomination committee’s proposed board members
- For the board candidates proposed by Water Street
She will also support any additional proposals from Water Street. On all other items, she will vote at her discretion.
Participants in this initiative will assign her proxy rights for our shares or attend the meeting themselves. We hope you make the right choice and encourage other shareholders to do the same.
Note that if you choose to delegate your proxy to Karina Fossmark, this must be done before the deadline of 23/06/2025 CET 16.00
